1. 当社が責任を負い、対応可能な範囲
- 当社スタッフを経由して正式に発注されたすべてのクリエイティブ制作物
- 当社と業務委託契約を締結している提携クリエイターによる制作物
2. 当社が責任を負いかねる範囲
- タレントとクリエイター間の直接取引（個人間取引）
- 当社スタッフを経由していないプライベート発注
- 当社発行の契約書または発注記録が存在しない制作物
3. 責任の明確化
前項2に該当する取引において、納品遅延・品質不適合・追加料金請求・著作権または利用範囲をめぐる紛争等が発生した場合でも、
当社は一切の責任を負わず、また当事者間での解決への関与も行いません。

4. 公式発注のご案内
公式なクリエイティブ制作をご希望の際は、必ず当社担当スタッフもしくはお問い合わせまでご連絡ください。(応募フォーム)
当社所定の手続き（見積提示・契約締結・進捗管理・検収）により、タレント・クリエイター双方にとって安全・公平な取引環境を提供いたします。

また、当社を介さない個人間でのコミッションをご希望の場合は、プラットフォームが仲介・エスクロー機能を提供している信頼できるコミッションサービスのご利用を強く推奨いたします。これらのサービスをご利用いただくことで、トラブルリスクを大幅に軽減できます。

Bond Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”) hereby establishes the following guidelines regarding the commissioning of creative works—including but not limited to illustrations, character design (Mama/Papa), Live2D, goods, etc.—in order to ensure that all affiliated talents and related parties can continue their activities with peace of mind.
1. Scope for which the Company assumes responsibility and provides support
- All creative works formally commissioned through Company staff
- Works created by affiliated creators who have entered into an official outsourcing agreement with the Company
2. Scope for which the Company cannot assume responsibility or provide support
- Direct transactions between talents and creators (private/personal transactions)
- Private commissions placed without going through Company staff
- Works for which no contract or commissioning record issued by the Company exists
3. Clarification of liability
In the event of any dispute arising from transactions falling under Section 2 above—including but not limited to delays in delivery, unsatisfactory quality, additional fee demands, or disputes concerning copyright or scope of use—the Company shall bear no liability whatsoever and shall not intervene in any resolution between the parties concerned.
4. Procedure for official commissions
If you wish to place an official commission for creative works, please contact your assigned Company staff member or use the official inquiry form.
The Company will provide a safe and fair transaction environment for both talents and creators through its standard procedures (quotation → contract conclusion → progress management → final acceptance).
Additionally, if you wish to commission work directly between individuals without going through our company, we strongly recommend using reputable commission platforms that provide proper intermediation and escrow functions.
