インターネットテクノロジーを使い国内外問わずお客様を新しい価値へと繋いでくことを経営理念とし、社会に貢献することを使命と考えています。
当社が情報資産（お客様である個人利用者、法人企業などからお預かりした個人情報及びこれらを管理するためのシステム）を適切に取り扱うことは、当社の経営理念を実践するために重要な施策であるだけでなく、重要な社会的責務の一つであると認識しています。
このような責務を果たすため、私たちは、法規制及びその他の要求事項の確実な順守に努めるとともに、情報セキュリティマネジメントシステムを構築し、実行、維持及びこれを継続的に改善することで情報資産を適切に管理及び保護することを宣言します。
基本方針
- セキュリティ事故を未然に防ぐため、情報セキュリティに関連する法令・規制その他の規範、及び、お客様との契約事項を遵守した情報の管理体制の確立に努めます。
- 取組の一環として、すべての従業員に対しては、情報セキュリティの重要性の共通認識を持つための定期的な教育・訓練を行うことにより、意識啓発を図ります。
- 定期的な点検と監査を通じて情報セキュリティポリシーの遵守状況と情報資産の取扱いを評価します。
- 不備や改善が必要な項目が明らかになった場合には、迅速かつ的確に是正処置を行い、情報資産の安全性を保ちながら企業の信頼性を維持・強化します。そのために、関係部門との連携を積極的に行い、安全性と信頼性の更なる向上を目指します。
- ISMSを取得することにより、お客様の信頼・満足度の向上をはかります。

Our goal is to contribute to the community, by utilizing the Internet and technology to create new interests for our customers, both in Japan and worldwide.
We believe that the proper management of our information assets (personal information entrusted to us by our customers, such as individual users and corporate clients, and the systems used to manage such information) is not only an important measure for implementing our management philosophy, but is also one of our most important social responsibilities.
In order to fulfill these responsibilities, we declare that we will endeavor to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and other requirements.
We will appropriately manage and protect our information assets by establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving our information security management system.
Company Plan
- In order to prevent security incidents, we strive to establish an information management system that complies with laws, regulations, and other norms related to information security, as well as with the terms of our contracts with our customers.
- As part of our efforts, we will provide all employees with regular education and training to raise their awareness of the importance of information security.
- Evaluate compliance with information security policies and handling of information assets through periodic inspections and audits.
- When deficiencies or items requiring improvement are identified, we will take swift and appropriate corrective action to maintain and strengthen corporate credibility, while maintaining the safety of information assets. To this goal, we will actively cooperate with related divisions to further improve safety and reliability.
- By acquiring ISMS, we aim to improve customer trust and satisfaction.
